About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead our European market from Israel and drive growth across the region.
As Novee’s first Account Executive focused on Europe, you will take full ownership of the territory - building pipeline from scratch, closing strategic deals, and establishing our presence with enterprise customers.
In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals - working closely with marketing, product, and solution engineering teams to deliver real value to customers.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we sell in Europe, helping organizations adopt innovative, identity-first security solutions that make a real impact.
This is a high-ownership position for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to build something from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across Europe - from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging enterprise customers across the European market.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, driving both new business and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies and deliver strong customer value.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, manage pipeline health, and report progress to leadership.
- Act as the voice of the European market internally - sharing customer insights, trends, and feedback to influence product and strategy.
- Represent Novee in the field - including customer meetings, industry events, and conferences across Europe.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the cybersecurity space - a must.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Experience working with early- to mid-stage cybersecurity startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a territory.
- Experience selling into European markets - a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
- Skilled negotiator with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with forecasting and reporting tools.
- Technical understanding of cybersecurity, offensive security, infrastructure, or DevOps - a strong plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial.
