We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our investments division and play a key role in supporting complex transactions and regulatory decision‑making.
What you’ll do?
- Providing legal and regulatory counsel in the field of investments
- Supporting a wide range of transactions and expansion requests in financing and investment activities
- Advising and accompanying investment committees, including private equity and real estate committees
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including international interfaces
What are we looking for?
- Licensed attorney with 10 years of experience in commercial legal practice from leading law firms
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in commercial law and securities law
- High-level proficiency in English
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks – a significant advantage
