We are looking for a Performance Media Buyer with proven experience in marketing agencies, highly results-driven and analytical, capable of managing high-volume campaigns and continuously optimizing based on data.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other traffic sources.
- Analyze key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Build clear, actionable reports.
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve performance.
- Communicate directly with clients: calls, follow-ups, and performance explanations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing agencies (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- High analytical skills and performance-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, including client calls.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Advanced English and Hebrew
