DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

• Scalable Cloud Architecture: Designing and implementing high-availability, distributed infrastructures across AWS and GCP to support complex blockchain-native workloads.
• Orchestration & Containerization: Taking a leading hands-on role in managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized services in high-stakes Production environments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Mastering the automation of complex environments utilizing Terraform and modern configuration management tools.
• CI/CD Leadership: Architecting and optimizing robust delivery pipelines to ensure secure and rapid software deployment cycles.
• Reliability & Security: Partnering with R&D teams to implement the highest standards of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), performance tuning, and proactive security monitoring.
• Real-time Monitoring: Establishing comprehensive observability stacks to ensure 24/7 availability and rapid response in a high-traffic production setting.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer – Mandatory.
• Production Mastery: Proven track record of managing large-scale Production environments using AWS and Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Automation & Scripting: Professional-level proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby for infrastructure automation – Mandatory.
• Infrastructure as Code: Expert knowledge of Terraform – Mandatory.
• Web3 Curiosity: A strong interest in decentralized technologies and the unique infrastructure challenges of the Blockchain sector.
