The company consists of approximately 35 elite professionals and maintains its R&D center in Tel Aviv (prime location with direct train access). Operating a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility, the company fosters an innovative, high-standard environment that bridges the gap between hardware engineering and cutting-edge machine learning.

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Orchestrating complex technical programs from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment between multidisciplinary R&D teams and strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary technical point of contact for global clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring mission success.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborating closely with hardware, software, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions on low-power edge devices.
• Strategic Execution: Defining program milestones, managing risks, and driving the delivery of high-performance AI systems in real-time environments.
• Defense-Tech Standards: Navigating the rigorous requirements of the defense industry, ensuring technical compliance and operational reliability.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within the technology sector – Mandatory.
• Defense Industry Expertise: Proven track record and deep familiarity with the Defense/Security sector – Mandatory.
• Engineering Foundation: Solid background in Software or Hardware Engineering – Mandatory.
• AI & Systems Fluency: Deep technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions – Mandatory.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains – Mandatory.
