Full Stack Engineer

The company's R&D center is located in the Sharon Area (Central Israel), offering a high-caliber professional environment with a hybrid work model including two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Full-Stack Engineering: Developing high-impact features with a focus on Frontend (70%) using Angular and Backend (30%) using .NET (C#). (Note: The team is open to cross-training for strong developers).
• AI & LLM Integration: Taking an active role in building and deploying AI-native features, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to enhance platform intelligence.
• Modern Web Architecture: Designing and implementing scalable, responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Server-Side Development: Building robust, high-performance backend services and APIs to support a global user base.
• Product Evolution: Collaborating closely with product and data science teams to translate complex organizational needs into elegant technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Academic/Professional Foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science OR equivalent experience (e.g., elite military technological units, intensive coding bootcamps) – Mandatory.
• 7+ years of professional Software Development experience – Mandatory.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong mastery of at least one modern framework, with a significant preference for Angular (React experience is also relevant) – Mandatory.
• Backend Proficiency: Significant experience with .NET (C#) or Node.js (TypeScript) – Mandatory.
• Web Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+.
• AI Motivation: A genuine interest in AI/ML and a strong motivation to master LLMs and AI-integrated application development – Mandatory.
