About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, client-facing Sales & Projects Manager to handle and qualify inbound leads. This role is critical in identifying high-potential opportunities, leading initial conversations, and converting interest into structured projects.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our inbound requests and play a key role in shaping how clients understand our capabilities.
You will lead client conversations from first contact through deal closure, while working closely with internal teams to shape winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full inbound pipeline: qualify, prioritize, and manage incoming leads
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to assess fit, scope, and opportunity
- Identify high-value opportunities and filter out low-relevance inquiries
- Translate client needs into clear project directions for internal teams
- Lead early-stage conversations and position our creative and production capabilities
- Build trust with clients through professional, structured communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape proposals and next steps
- Maintain organized tracking of all leads, conversations, and statuses
- Drive momentum by following up and moving opportunities forward efficiently
- Conduct sales calls with potential clients and lead conversations toward clear outcomes
- Position our services in a compelling, strategic way tailored to each client
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to close deals and manage full sales cycles
- Strong understanding of film, advertising, production, or creative industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)
- High level of commercial awareness and judgment
- Strong ownership and ability to drive conversations toward outcomes
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- High commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills
- Hands-on familiarity with AI video tools
- Experience in creative agencies, production companies, or media companies
- Background in sales with a focus on high-value projects
- Experience working with CRM or lead management systems
- A strong closer who can also deliver operationally
- Highly intuitive in reading clients and identifying real opportunities
- Able to balance creative understanding with commercial thinking
- Fast, responsive, and structured in communication
- Work with high-profile inbound opportunities from global brands
