Back End Developer

The company is currently in a significant growth phase, offering a unique opportunity to join a scaling team at an early stage. Located in Tel Aviv (prime location with direct access to the Light Rail), the office operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• API & Integration Leadership: Designing, developing, and expanding advanced API services and automation workflows on the company’s core system.
• Smart Service Development: Planning and maintaining intelligent backend services that bridge the gap between core data and end-user applications.
• Low-Code/No-Code Orchestration: Connecting the platform to advanced automation ecosystems using tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Stakeholder Empowerment: Enabling advanced technological capabilities for both internal teams and external partners through seamless technical interfaces.
• End-to-End Automation: Building scalable, reliable pipelines that automate complex financial workflows and data synchronization.

Requirements:

• 1.5–2 years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Backend Mastery: Proven experience in Node.js development – Mandatory.
• Automation Tooling: Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Make, n8n, or Zapier – Mandatory.
• API Expertise: Solid experience working with and building RESTful APIs – Mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system integration.
