Integration Engineer

A company specializing in the design of electronic systems for radar, aerospace, and space applications.

The role is key and hands-on, with responsibility for integrating the company’s hardware, software, and advanced mechanical components into fully functioning multidisciplinary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Lead the integration of multidisciplinary products, combining hardware, software, and mechanical structures into a unified system.
• Test Plan Development: Write, document, and execute integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) test plans.
• Laboratory Management: Establish and manage the testing environment, including installation, calibration, and operation of RF, digital, and power test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
• Practical Troubleshooting: Deploy systems, perform systematic fault analysis, and conduct root-cause analysis at the component level in complex electronic systems.
• Test Automation: Develop automated test scripts and software (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage.
• Transition to Production: Serve as the central liaison between development and production teams, creating detailed test procedures, reports, and troubleshooting guides for assembly and production stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or a related technological field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration, hardware testing, or validation.
• Proven proficiency in operating a wide range of electronic test equipment, with a focus on RF equipment and high-speed digital tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Solid understanding of digital and analog/power electronics principles.
• Deep familiarity with the electronic product lifecycle, including NPI (New Product Introduction) and manufacturing testing.
