The Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, GitOps, and Kubernetes-based platforms.

This is not a support role. You will own and evolve our infrastructure stack, lead automation and CI/CD practices, and work as a core partner to backend, data, and security engineers.

You will have a direct impact on reliability, security posture, developer velocity, and cost efficiency — from design to production.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS & Azure)
• Own and evolve our GitOps stack using ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across environments
• Drive infrastructure-as-code and automation for zero-touch deployments
• Partner closely with backend, data, and AI teams to enable fast and safe delivery
• Lead best practices in observability, reliability, and cost optimization
• Participate in architecture decisions for large-scale distributed systems
• Harden cloud infrastructure to meet strict security and compliance requirements
• Act as a technical authority for cloud infrastructure and DevOps standards

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven production experience with AWS and/or Azure
• ArgoCD (GitOps) – must
• Strong experience with Kubernetes / container orchestration and Helm
• Solid hands-on skills with Terraform, CI/CD systems, and scripting (Bash / Python / Go)
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Strong understanding of secure cloud architectures and automation
• Ability to reason about reliability, scalability, and operational tradeoffs
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, high-security SaaS, fintech, or data platforms
• Exposure to multi-region or large-scale distributed systems
• Experience supporting R&D teams in fast-growing startups
• Background in incident response, on-call, or production operations
