DevOps Team Lead

A leading iGaming solutions provider is looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to drive the creation and evolution of a next-generation gaming platform.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in production environments, is passionate about modern infrastructure and automation, and enjoys building scalable, production-grade systems while leading a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting technical direction and best practices

• Own infrastructure architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

• Drive infrastructure automation across AWS and Linux environments

• Build high-availability and fault-tolerant systems (monitoring, logging, deployments, incident response)

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to streamline delivery and releases

• Improve operational maturity (SRE practices, observability, incident management)

• Implement tools to enhance scalability, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading DevOps / Infrastructure teams

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS

• Experience managing large-scale production systems

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (production environments)

• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills

• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

• Experience with databases (backup, replication, redundancy)

• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed systems

• Experience with Golang (or similar) for automation
