Power BI Developer

We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain business-critical dashboards and analytics solutions across our SaaS products and internal operations.

This role is focused on Power BI, DAX, and business-facing analytics. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making.

Your mission:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations
• Build optimized data models and reusable datasets
• Ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability of reports
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights
• Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create tailored dashboard views for different personas (executives, product, sales)
• Work with SQL-based data sources and collaborate with data engineers
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across sources
• Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  
  

• Experience in a SaaS or product-driven environment
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience with Azure / Databricks / cloud data platforms
• Understanding of product analytics (usage, funnels, retention)
• BA/MA degree in a relevant field
