We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-known automotive company in Israel — embarking on a major multi-year technology transformation.

The Role

This is not a PMO role. This is transformation leadership. You’ll own and drive a complex, multi-year IT transformation — migrating from legacy AS/400 architecture to a modern Data, Cloud, and AI-driven environment. You’ll connect technology, data, digital, and business — and shape the organization’s tech future for years to come.

What You’ll Do

∙ Lead and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap across ERP, CRM, Data, Digital, and AI initiatives

∙ Drive migration from AS/400 to modern architecture

∙ Establish modern Data Lake infrastructure (Databricks / OneLake)

∙ Lead implementation of CRM, API/Microservices architecture, and Power Platform

∙ Integrate AI and process automation across finance, operations, and development

∙ Build and lead new teams across IT, Data, and Digital

∙ Report directly to C-level and work closely with the VP of IT

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in IT Systems / Architecture leadership
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformation programs
• Experience migrating from Legacy systems (AS/400 / Mainframe — strong advantage)
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 of: Modern CRM, Data Platform, Cloud migration, Microservices/API
• Strong Azure experience — significant advantage
• Deep understanding of Data Platforms (Lakehouse, ETL, Streaming)
• Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels
• Experience managing vendors, integrators, and cross-functional teams

⭐ Experience in automotive / logistics / import industries

⭐ Microsoft Stack — Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform

⭐ Experience building Data Lake + AI use cases

⭐ Experience leading Microservices migration
