About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Tech Lead / Development Lead to take a central role in leading development across multiple products, while working closely with product and design teams and directly contributing to the code.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining systems thinking with execution, turning product and business needs into high-quality technological solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end development across multiple products
• Work hands-on as part of the day-to-day development effort
• Drive technical decisions and architecture
• Translate product requirements into clear development tasks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other stakeholders
• Estimate timelines, prioritize tasks, and help drive delivery
• Improve code quality and development processes
• Support and technically lead other developers when needed

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading development or providing technical leadership
• Strong hands-on software development background
• Experience with Unity
• Experience with backend systems, ideally Django and/or MERN
• Experience using AI tools as part of development workflows
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Ability to work across multiple projects in parallel
• Independent, practical, execution-oriented mindset
