Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Purchasing Manager (מנהל/ת רכש) who will oversee procurement activities and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal sourcing and cost-efficiency. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This on-site role, located in Kadima, also includes managing the supply chain process, conducting market evaluations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet production requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement and vendor management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with supply chain processes and inventory management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP (Priority) systems and procurement software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the manufacturing or automation industry is an advantage

​ניהול רמות מלאי אופטימליות (Safety Stock) למניעת חסרים מחד ומלאי מת מאידך.

​עבודה צמודה עם מחלקות הנדסה ופיתוח להטמעת שינויים הנדסיים (ECO) בשרשרת האספקה.

לוגיסטיקה ומערכות מידע:

​עבודה שוטפת מול עמילי מכס וחברות שילוח בינלאומיות (כולל ניהול מסמכי יבוא/יצוא).

​עבודה אינטנסיבית על מערכת ה-ERP הארגונית (הקמת פריטים, עצי מוצר, ניהול פקודות עבודה).

​ניתוח נתונים והפקת דוחות מלאי ורכש להנהלה.

​
