Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a 360° marketing strategy for the brand
• Manage and execute global marketing campaigns
• Oversee PR and international brand exposure
• Lead social media activity (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) with a strong creative vision
• Work closely with celebrities, stylists, influencers, and VIP clients
• Lead fashion productions, photoshoots, and events locally and internationally
• Manage teams and external vendors (creative, digital, agencies)
• Collaborate closely with senior management and influence brand direction

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role – Required
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium/luxury brands – Required
• Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling
• Experience working in international markets
• Deep knowledge of digital and social media platforms
• Experience leading high-level productions and events
• Strong aesthetic sense and genuine passion for fashion
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
