Founding AI Developer

The R&D center is comprised of an elite, lean team of professionals dedicated to solving non-trivial problems in AI logic and orchestration.

Located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district with direct train access), the company operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility. This is a high-impact, founding-level position, offering the opportunity to report directly to the CTO and lead the company's AI product strategy from the ground up.

Role Overview:

• Founding AI Leadership: Serving as the first dedicated AI authority in the company, taking full ownership of building and leading new AI features from scratch.
• Agentic Architecture: Designing and implementing full-scale AI infrastructures, including complex Agent Orchestration and autonomous planning loops.
• Advanced RAG Pipelines: Developing high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent reasoning and data accuracy.
• Model Management: Working with state-of-the-art models from OpenAI and Anthropic, as well as open-source alternatives, including Fine-tuning and defining safety guardrails.
• Prompt Engineering: Leading the design and optimization of sophisticated prompts to drive complex organizational workflows.
• End-to-End Ownership: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of AI components, from initial architectural design to production-grade deployment within a SaaS environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python Development – Mandatory.
• LLM Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying Large Language Model based applications – Mandatory.
• Machine Learning Foundation: Solid background in Machine Learning principles and methodologies – Mandatory.
• SaaS/Web Background: Proven experience working within product-based SaaS or Web companies – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to build complex, scalable AI systems independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to emerging AI technologies.
