Project Manager

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we’re building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. As our platform grows and our services expand, we’re looking for a Project Manager who excels in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, assigning and prioritizing project tasks, and translating organizational needs into actionable workplans.

Your Day-to-Day

• Leading the projects execution in the R&D from requirements definition and planning until success delivery.
• Strong matrix interaction with multiple inner organization interfaces – R&D, Product managers, QA etc.
• Full responsibility for planning and managing project/version in the R&D, this includes ensuring that project is delivered on time, meets business, quality & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.
• Work closely with the COO, CTO, and company's platform / Backend and Frontend teams.
• Effectively prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• A Champion in getting things done and making things happen.
• Excellent communicator.
• Experience in managing complex integrations and versions.
• Ability to manage large scale development projects.
• Ability to understand wide perspective system view, including high and low level technical architecture.
• Ability to facilitate, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
• Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead implementation of new processes.
• English – High Level of verbal and written abilities.
