Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for diverse technology roles across the industry
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technology recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
