Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage NCR and CAPA processes
- Handle and track Customer Complaints
- Manage and coordinate the company training program for employees
- Support document control, change management, and ensure compliance with regulatory
- standards (ISO 13485, GMP, MDR/FDA)
- Assist with internal audits and support audit/inspection readiness
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product quality
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing NCRs, CAPAs, and Customer Complaints
- Strong training and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently, with strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- High-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience in a Quality role within a medical device or biotechnology company - Advantage
- Experience with QMS - Advantage
