DevOps Engineer

The R&D center is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district with direct train access) and maintains a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• High-Scale Operations: Joining an elite DevOps team of four to manage and scale a massive Production environment serving millions of users.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Architecting and maintaining a complex Microservices ecosystem based on GCP and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD & Automation: Developing and optimizing robust deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and Bash.
• System Reliability: Taking ownership of Monitoring and system stability, including an on-call rotation (approximately once every two months, excluding weekends).
• Data Infrastructure: Managing and scaling diverse database environments including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Infrastructure as Code: Implementing automated, scalable infrastructure solutions within a Linux-centric environment.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer – Mandatory.
• High-Scale Production: Proven experience managing large-scale production environments with millions of users – Mandatory.
• Kubernetes Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration – Mandatory.
• Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with GCP or AWS – Mandatory.
• Linux Engineering: Strong proficiency in developing and operating within Linux environments – Mandatory.
• Scripting & Automation: Solid experience with Bash, Python, or Groovy.
