Quality Assurance Manager | Senior Leadership Role in Medical Device

A medical device company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a highly impactful role, including membership in the leadership team.

This position includes leading the Quality Assurance function end-to-end, defining and implementing the organization’s quality policy, leading internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, and overseeing customer complaints and significant internal quality events in a regulated, manufacturing-driven environment..

You're the right fit if you have:

• Previous experience managing a Quality team.
• Significant experience leading internal and external audits.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence processes that created meaningful organizational impact.
• Strong experience in investigation methodologies, customer complaints handling, and management of significant internal quality events.
• Experience working with global medical device organizations and corporations.
• Experience managing quality in a mass-production environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Strong leadership skills, systems-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal abilities
