Quality Assurance Manager | Senior Leadership Role in Medical Device

A medical device company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a highly impactful role, including membership in the leadership team.

This position includes leading the Quality Assurance function end-to-end, defining and implementing the organization’s quality policy, leading internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, and overseeing customer complaints and significant internal quality events in a regulated, manufacturing-driven environment..

You're the right fit if you have:

Previous experience managing a Quality team.
Significant experience leading internal and external audits.
Proven experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence processes that created meaningful organizational impact.
Strong experience in investigation methodologies, customer complaints handling, and management of significant internal quality events.
Experience working with global medical device organizations and corporations.
Experience managing quality in a mass-production environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience in the medical device industry
Strong leadership skills, systems-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal abilities
