An EU-based hedge fund is looking for a sharp, Hebrew-speaking Office Manager to become the operational backbone of a fast-moving environment.
📍 Full-time | Onsite in Vienna (no relocation)
What you'll do:
• Own complex calendars, travel, and global coordination
• Act as the central sync point across teams and locations
• Oversee and align administrative staff (including PAs)
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience supporting senior executives
• Strong ability to manage fast-changing priorities
• Native-level Hebrew + excellent English
• High discretion, independence, and execution skills
This role is ideal for someone already in Vienna - or ready to relocate independently.
