Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance & Legal Collections Manager to lead the company’s insurance portfolio and manage all legal collection activities end to end. This role serves as a key professional interface with insurance consultants, brokers, insurers, external law firms, and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Management

Manage the company’s full corporate insurance portfolio, including Property, Employers’ Liability, Third Party Liability, D&O, Cyber, and other business policies.

Report insurance events and manage claims end-to-end until full compensation is received.

Collect, analyze, and maintain insurance-related data and align coverage with business needs.

Lead negotiations with insurance companies and brokers to renew policies and improve commercial terms.

Claims Handling

Coordinate claim notifications, gather documentation, and work with adjusters, legal counsel, and insurers through settlement.

·Monitor claim status and maintain control over open claims.

Legal Collections

Lead the legal collection process end to end, including decision-making, meeting targets, and working with customers, debtors, and external law firms.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

Monitor insurance costs, premiums, deductibles, refunds, and legal expenses.

Requirements

·LL.B and active license to practice law – mandatory.

·3–5 years of experience managing insurance portfolios.

·Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and insurance law.

·Experience in legal collections and working with external law firms.

·Native-level Hebrew and high-level English.

·Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
