Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR Specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you won’t just be "doing HR"—you will be building the foundation of our company culture. You will own the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring our team has everything they need to thrive in a high-speed, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Own the entire journey from seamless onboarding of new hires to conducting insightful exit interviews.
• People Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including payroll preparation, benefits administration, and maintaining our HRIS (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR).
• Culture & Engagement: Design and lead internal initiatives, team-building events, and wellness programs to keep our startup spirit alive.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that reflect our values while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Performance Support: Assist managers in tracking goals, facilitating feedback cycles, and supporting employee development plans.
• Office Management (Startup Style): Ensure our physical (or virtual) workspace is functional, welcoming, and reflects our brand.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in an HR Generalist or Specialist role, preferably within a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Adaptability: You are comfortable with change and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
• "Can-do" Attitude: No task is too small or too big; you are a problem-solver by nature.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels, from interns to Founders.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern HR tools, Slack, and G-Suite.
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme integrity.
