AI Agent Development Expert (Python) 6-month contract role

Large Healthcare Organization | Central Israel | Full-time | Hybrid

A large healthcare organization in central Israel is looking for an AI Agent Development Expert (Python) to join an innovative and advanced new project.

This is a 6-month contract role with an option to extend, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions in a meaningful, large-scale environment.

• Full-time position
• Currently working 2–3 days from home
• Workdays: Sunday–Thursday
• Office location: Lod
• Starting from Q3 2026: work will be based in Rishon LeZion (near Moshe Dayan train station)

• Develop intelligent LLM-based agents
• Design and implement reasoning workflows and automation processes
• Build integrations with data sources and APIs
• Work with RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of advanced Agentic AI solutions

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/software development
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI – must
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience developing Agents and working with LLMs
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and Reasoning workflows
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Graph Databases – advantage
