• Lead and manage a software development team
• Own the end-to-end development process, ensuring high-quality delivery and timelines
• Define and drive software architecture, design, and interfaces

• Stay hands-on with development, coding, and integration

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of team management experience
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• Experience in C++ development - a strong advantage
• Proven ability to be hands-on in development and integration
• Experience working with complex, multi-interface systems - advantage
• Willingness to travel for on-site integration (Israel & abroad)
