Role Overview:

• Founding-Stage Engineering: Joining a specialized team of 5 developers to lead the development of an Enterprise-grade SaaS storage platform.
• Polyglot Backend Development: Taking ownership of versatile backend services, primarily focusing on Go (Golang) within a high-performance environment.
• Scalable Architecture: Designing and maintaining fault-tolerant, Microservices-based architectures capable of handling massive enterprise data loads.
• Cloud-Native Integration: Implementing and managing services within AWS, utilizing modern containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Full-Stack Backend Ownership: Working across various database technologies and system-level integrations to ensure seamless storage orchestration.
• Technical Collaboration: Articulating complex technical concepts and contributing to the long-term architectural roadmap of the product.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend Developer – Mandatory.
• Enterprise SaaS Experience: Proven track record of developing production-grade platforms for enterprise clients – Mandatory.
• Core Language Proficiency: Strong production experience with Golang, Java, Scala, or C# (with a preference for Go) – Mandatory.
• System Design Mastery: Extensive experience in designing and maintaining scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Cloud & Containers: Hands-on familiarity with Public Cloud (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Academic Foundation: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory.
