BI Developer

🚀 We’re Hiring: BI Developer & Project Manager (Hands-on)

A leading data & analytics company is looking for a talented BI Developer to join our team in a dynamic, client-facing role combining hands-on development with end-to-end project management.

• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions (Backend & Frontend)
• Build and manage ETL processes and data models (ERD)
• Lead BI projects from requirements to production
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders, including senior management
• Deliver insights, dashboards, and data-driven solutions
• Manage projects on-site and in a hybrid model (includes travel)

Experience with Qlik Cloud

• Proven experience with ETL development and data modeling (ERD)
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries)
• 2+ years of experience managing tech projects
• Hands-on BI development experience (Backend & Frontend)
• Experience working directly with clients

• BI analysis & requirements experience
• Experience with Qlik Cloud (automation – big advantage)
• Familiarity with additional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems

• Strong analytical and business thinking
• Independent, proactive, and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a high level of service orientation

• Location: Ra’anana + client sites
• Work model: Hybrid / project-based
