- Hands-on HW debug and repair at component level.
- Perform repair and replenishment of service stock across global locations.
- Work closely with Engineering, R&D, and Field Engineers on technical issues.
- Provide daily technical support to global Field Application Engineers (FAEs).
- Analyze returned units and identify root causes of failures.
- Support field engineers and customers in troubleshooting and issue verification.
Requirements:
- Practical Engineer / Technician in Electronics.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-tech company – mandatory.
- Strong experience in analog and digital board debug and repair – mandatory.
- Good networking knowledge – mandatory.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
- Experience with JTAG – advantage.
- Experience with Oracle / Oracle Cloud – advantage.
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
