Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Joining a new, specialized engineering team to lead the development of advanced analytical capabilities and high-performance backend systems.
• Large-Scale Architecture: Designing and implementing Event-Driven architectures and distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
• Backend Mastery: Developing core services and High-Performance APIs using Node.js and TypeScript within an AWS ecosystem.
• Data Engineering: Building scalable Data Pipelines and managing complex data structures using PostgreSQL, NoSQL (DynamoDB), and Graph Databases.
• Modern Infrastructure: Leveraging a cutting-edge stack including AWS (Lambda, ECS, Athena), Temporal, and Docker to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Innovation & Impact: Integrating LLMs and AI tools to enhance data analysis features and driving the system design for next-generation intelligence products.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of total professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• 2+ years in a Leadership role (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Architect) – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js – Mandatory.
• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying scalable systems on AWS – Mandatory.
• Startup DNA: Extensive experience working in fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of System Design, Scalability, and Distributed Systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest).
