About the Role
We’re looking for a SEO/GEO Growth Lead to own and scale the company’s organic acquisition engine.
This is not a traditional SEO or Content role.
You will be responsible for driving the inbound pipeline through:
- Search SEO
- AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- High-intent content surfaces (BOFU, comparison, programmatic SEO)
You’ll operate at the intersection of SEO, AI, and growth systems, building scalable frameworks that generate measurable revenue, not just traffic metrics.
What You’ll Do:
Search Strategy & Demand Capture
- Own keyword strategy with a focus on high commercial intent
- Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
- Build and execute scalable SEO roadmaps, including programmatic SEO initiatives
- Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities tied to the pipeline
AI Search Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize content for AI retrieval and citation across LLM-driven platforms
- Structure content to win AI-generated queries
- Develop citation-worthy content frameworks
- Monitor and improve visibility in AI-generated answers
AI-Driven Content Systems
- Build and manage AI-powered content workflows (e.g., AirOps, GPT-based systems)
- Replace manual content production with scalable, structured pipelines
- Continuously improve efficiency, output quality, and speed through automation
Conversion Optimization
- Own and optimize bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content
- Align content with revenue use cases and buyer intent
- Integrate ROI-driven messaging and conversion best practices
Measurement & Performance
- Own organic growth KPIs
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data
Experience: Must-Have
- Proven experience in SEO (technical + on-page) with measurable results
- Experience building or scaling programmatic SEO / high-volume content systems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., AirOps, GPT, automation tools)
- Strong understanding of search intent and conversion-driven content
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or eCommerce
- Familiarity with buyer personas such as CFOs, risk teams, and operators
- Experience tying SEO performance to pipeline and revenue metrics
- Comfort working with data, analytics, and experimentation
