LLM Engineer (AI)

The platform leverages Agentic AI to minimize manual labor and operational costs, allowing organizations to fully realize the potential of their product data.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district with direct train access) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility, combining the agility of a ground-zero startup with the stability of a well-funded venture.

Role Overview:

• Agentic Systems Engineering: Taking 100% hands-on ownership of building Agentic AI Production Systems from scratch, utilizing state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Autonomous Architecture: Designing and deploying complex AI Agents, including Reasoning chains, Tool orchestration, Planning loops, and advanced Memory systems.
• Production-Grade Infrastructure: Building the engineering foundations for LLM agents, including Evaluation frameworks, Observability, and production monitoring at scale.
• Rapid Prototyping: Leading the fast-paced development of new AI techniques and autonomous task execution logic within a dynamic startup environment.
• Full-Cycle Impact: Influencing the core product architecture and engineering culture, reporting directly to the technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Software Engineering Foundation: A strong background in Software Development (Software Engineer first) is mandatory.
• 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development – Mandatory.
• 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies – Mandatory.
• Advanced Python Proficiency: Deep experience in building scalable backend systems and AI pipelines – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Agentic AI or building autonomous agent architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud environments.
