💡 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end system engineering: from concept to working product
- Design and develop complex optical systems
- Integrate mechanics, analog hardware, optics, and physics
- Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams
- Drive system architecture, requirements, and technical solutions
✅ Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (incl. military tech units)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in mechanics/physics / analog hardware
- 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer
- Proven experience with complex multidisciplinary systems
- Strong ability to lead projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
