• Lead end-to-end system engineering: from concept to working product
• Design and develop complex optical systems
• Integrate mechanics, analog hardware, optics, and physics
• Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams
• Drive system architecture, requirements, and technical solutions

✅ Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (incl. military tech units)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in mechanics/physics / analog hardware
• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer
• Proven experience with complex multidisciplinary systems
• Strong ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
