Director of Product

The company operates from Central Israel (multiple strategic sites with direct train access) and maintains a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Taking ownership of a core product division responsible for the vast majority of the company's global revenue, reporting directly to the VP Product.
• Team Scaling & Management: Leading a team of Product Managers with a clear mandate for significant growth and organizational expansion.
• Agile Transformation: Driving the convergence of Product and R&D into a unified, high-impact organization to accelerate delivery and innovation cycles.
• Inbound & Outbound Excellence: Balancing deep technical product definition with high-level market strategy, engaging directly with the world's most strategic enterprise customers.
• Technical Product Strategy: Maintaining a 20% hands-on presence in a highly technical B2B SaaS environment, ensuring the product meets the rigorous demands of top-tier global brands.
• Impact-Driven Roadmap: Defining the future of a mature, market-leading product while ensuring it remains agile and responsive to evolving DevOps trends.

Requirements:

• 10 years of total industry experience – Mandatory.
• 2 years of management experience (leading Product Managers) – Mandatory.
• Engineering Foundation: Proven background in Software Development – Mandatory.
• SaaS & Cloud Expertise: Deep experience managing complex SaaS/Cloud products – Mandatory.
• Experience working with large-scale, global enterprise organizations (Fortune 100 level).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional organizational changes.
