Senior Software Engineer Team Lead

AI + Computer Vision | Hybrid | Equity

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on technology leader to join us at a critical stage and help take an advanced product from strong technological foundations to full market deployment.

This is a role for a true builder, someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership, ownership, and a strong ability to execute.

What you’ll do :

• Lead the technical development of a cutting-edge product toward completion and market readiness

• Drive architecture, technical decisions, and development standards

• Work closely with internal and external development resources

• Stay deeply hands-on in development and execution

• Tackle complex challenges in AI, computer vision, and production-grade system design

• Help build scalable, stable, high-performance systems for real-world deployment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Strong hands-on engineering background with significant Python expertise

• Experience in AI, computer vision, and model training

• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment pipelines

• Experience with complex systems, architecture, and performance-oriented development

Strong advantages

• Previous experience in startup environments, especially early-stage companies

• Experience working with real-time video systems such as GStreamer / FFmpeg

• Experience with hardware integration, including cameras and communication interfaces
