✅ Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a team leader in software development
- Strong background in DSP (AI, Audio, Voice, Baseband)
- Experience with low-level optimization / assembly-level work
- Solid understanding of hardware architecture
- Strong communication and leadership skills
