🌐 About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer with deep expertise in high-speed board design, SI/PI, and system-level debugging.
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment that combines innovation, ownership, and real engineering depth.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-speed digital boards for advanced systems
- Perform board-level debugging and validation in lab environments
- Work with complex digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, and SerDes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-quality products
- Drive technical solutions from concept through production
✅ Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. - advantage)
- 8+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience
- Strong expertise in SI/PI (Signal & Power Integrity)
- Proven experience in high-speed digital design
- Hands-on experience with DDR, PCIe, and SerDes interfaces
- Strong lab skills: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and debugging tools
- Solid understanding of board design, including analog circuits, filters, regulators, and controlled impedance
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
- Excellent English communication skills
