NPI & Product Support Engineer

AudioCodes is looking for an NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical readiness of AudioCodes products throughout their lifecycle — from New Product Introduction (NPI), through software releases, manufacturing, and post-production support.

This is an internal-facing role, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and support NPI activities across AudioCodes product
• sOwn the technical readiness and validation of software release
• sProvide advanced technical support to internal teams, including R&D, QA, and manufacturin
• gPerform deep root-cause analysis for hardware and software issue
• sSupport repair processes for failed boards, including hands-on technical investigatio
• nTake responsibility for the technical performance of subcontractor teams (e.g., Flex China
• )Ensure alignment and accuracy of hardware, software, and BOMs across product
• sOwn and maintain high-quality technical documentatio
