C++ Software Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech hub with direct train access) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility, offering a unique blend of low-level software engineering and real-world physical security challenges.

Role Overview:

• Mission-Critical Engineering: Developing the core application, control, and communication layers of the company’s advanced Embedded units.
• High-Performance Systems: Architecting and implementing robust, real-time software solutions in C++ within a Linux environment.
• Complex Multi-threading: Designing sophisticated Multithreading architectures to handle high-speed data processing and real-time aerial defense logic.
• Modern Tooling: Utilizing Python and Docker to streamline development, testing, and deployment of embedded software components.
• Collaborative R&D: Working as part of a specialized engineering team, reporting to a Team Lead, to push the boundaries of multidisciplinary defense technology.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ Development – Mandatory.
• Linux Environment Mastery: Proven expertise in developing and debugging within Linux – Mandatory.
• Advanced Multi-threading: Hands-on experience with complex concurrent programming and synchronization – Mandatory.
• Software Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, memory management, and system-level performance.
• Ability to work on high-stakes, multidisciplinary products involving hardware/software integration.
