Role Overview:

• Founding Mobile Engineering: Taking a lead role in building a high-scale, B2C Consumer application from the ground up, with a focus on cross-platform excellence.
• Modern Stack Implementation: Developing the core client-side application using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple environments.
• AI-Driven UX: Integrating sophisticated AI-driven learning paths into an intuitive, responsive, and engaging mobile interface for global users.
• Architectural Ownership: Defining the mobile roadmap, selecting tools, and establishing best practices for a growing mobile division.
• Product Impact: Collaborating directly with the founding team and AI researchers to translate complex pedagogical models into production-grade mobile features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Mobile Development – Mandatory.
• KMP Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Kotlin – Mandatory.
• Modern UI Frameworks: Deep proficiency in Compose (Jetpack/Multiplatform) – Mandatory.
• B2C Product Experience: A track record of building consumer-facing applications at scale.
• Strong architectural understanding of mobile-first systems and cross-platform performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment.
