Role Overview:

• AI & ML Implementation: Developing and deploying high-impact Machine Learning models directly into production environments to solve complex business problems and enhance product performance.
• Agentic AI & LLM Pipelines: Architecting and building AI Agents and orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
• Advanced Experimentation: Leading A/B Testing and experimentation design to derive data-backed insights and optimize the player experience.
• Statistical Modeling: Utilizing Probability Theory, Inference, and Statistical Modeling to build robust AI-driven solutions and predictive features.
• Generative AI Mastery: Implementing LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and applying advanced Prompt Engineering methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate data insights into innovative gaming features.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field (M.Sc. – a significant advantage) – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments – Mandatory.
• Proven experience building AI Agents and pipelines using frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK) – Mandatory.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs and modern Prompt Engineering best practices – Mandatory.
• Strong Statistical Foundation: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory – Mandatory.
• Experimental Design: Solid background in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to diverse audiences
