Software Team Leader

An exclusive Israeli Offensive Cyber startup is dedicated to the research and development of advanced technologies for a major national security client. The company tackles high-stakes challenges across Vulnerability Research, OS Internals, AI, and High-Scale Distributed Systems.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct train access). Due to the highly sensitive nature of the mission, the role operates in a full-time in-office model, offering high-level security and professional flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Managing a specialized team of 3 Agent Developers, reporting directly to the Group Manager.
• Low-Level Engineering: Leading the design and development of mission-critical components using C/C++, C#, and Python.
• Deep Systems Research: Conducting profound research into OS Internals and memory management to understand the precise impact of every line of code on the product's behavior.
• Network & Infrastructure: Developing advanced network infrastructures and protocols to support high-scale offensive operations.
• Cross-Domain Collaboration: Driving the integration of research findings into complex, scalable systems involving Cloud and AI components.
• Mentorship & Delivery: Fostering the professional growth of team members while ensuring high-velocity delivery in an elite R&D environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in R&D Team Leadership – Mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity R&D field (Offensive focus preferred) – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in C/C++; additional experience in C# and Python – Mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of OS Internals and memory management principles – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Network Protocols and communication infrastructures – Mandatory.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical teams through complex, low-level challenges.
• High level of professional communication and a collaborative "team player" mindset.
