Product Manager

An innovative Israeli Cloud Security startup is in a phase of significant global expansion, backed by tier-one investors in the cybersecurity domain.

The company has developed a next-generation platform that transforms raw operational data into clear, contextual insights for security teams. By consolidating infrastructure security into a single interface, the platform significantly reduces alert fatigue and streamlines organizational workflows across complex cloud environments.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district with direct train access) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Strategic Product Ownership: Working as a key member of a lean product team, reporting directly to the VP Product, with a balanced focus (50/50) on Inbound and Outbound strategies.
• Multi-Cloud Integration: Defining the roadmap for solutions integrated with the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and Kubernetes ecosystems.
• Security Contextualization: Driving the development of features that bridge the gap between Operations and Security, providing actionable context for complex cloud infrastructures.
• Market & Customer Facing: Engaging with global stakeholders and customers to translate market needs into scalable product requirements and high-impact features.
• End-to-End Lifecycle: Managing the product lifecycle from initial conceptualization and technical characterization to global launch and market feedback.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain – Mandatory.
• Technical Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for global collaboration – Mandatory.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to navigate complex backend architectures and security protocols.
