The Opportunity
We are expanding operations in Israel and looking for an experienced pharma sales professional for the position of Key Account Manager CNS, based in Tel Aviv.
Your Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business growth of Swixx Biopharma in the assigned territory by maximizing the access and usage of the assigned product portfolio and ensuring sustainable revenue generation. You will strengthen long-term partnerships with strategic healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders. Specifically, you will:
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with healthcare professionals - key accounts and key opinion leaders. Identify and develop relationships with potential future opinion leaders to promote the image of the organization and its products.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives, meeting or exceeding those objectives. Gather market data — continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments and dynamics.
- Promote products and achieve promotion objectives for the assigned product portfolio in the assigned territory. Achieve sales goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience.
- Identify market segments, develop communication strategy with target groups to promote products
- Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of integrated multichannel marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities and barriers for the relevant disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge
- Effectively analyze CRM performance data and market trends to build optimal sales results and contribute to market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with other Swixx departments to increase impact and improve productivity
Your Profile
Education
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with medical background (e.g. pharmacy, nursing, biology, medicine, or equivalent)
Experience
- At least 5 years’ of sales experience within the relevant therapeutic areas, including experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in CNS field will be taken as an advantage
Knowledge and expertise
- Knowledge of Israeli pharmaceutical market and customer knowledge Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information and Health Economic data/insights
- Experience with standard CRM systems used in the pharma industry
- Demonstrated in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge for the relevant therapeutic areas
- Strong track record of building ethical, compliant, and professional relationships with HCPs and external organizations
- A valid driving license
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Excellent MS Office literacy
