Corporate Controller

Controller | Leading Public Company in the Non-Banking Finance Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join a fast growing public company operating in the non-banking finance industry.

This role offers full responsibility for financial reporting, direct exposure to senior management, and active involvement in capital markets activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Ongoing work with the Securities Authority and the Stock Exchange
• Leading monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Oversight and control of accounting activities and reconciliations
• Financial analysis including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
• Supporting financing transactions and credit loss provisions
• Managing relationships with external auditors and banks
• Providing financial support to the Board of Directors and senior management

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Proven experience in a similar role within financial companies
• Strong experience with IFRS reporting – mandatory
• Experience in a public company or Big 4 firm with public clients – significant advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
