Production Planner

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our operations team at our Petah Tikva site.

The role is responsible for production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across the supply chain to ensure efficient manufacturing and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules based on demand, safety stock, and inventory levels
• Open and maintain work orders, monitor production progress, and generate reports
• Plan and optimize inventory, including raw materials and imported products, in coordination with Procurement
• Issue material requests to warehouse and support shop-floor activities
• Monitor short-expiry items and lead solutions with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate batch cycles with Marketing and Quality Assurance
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, QA, Laboratory, and Logistics teams
• Perform inventory counts, month-end activities, and data entry in Oracle

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or other relevant degree – mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with inventory systems and familiarity with supply chain processes
• Understanding of production methods and process planning
• Strong systems orientation; significant advantage for experience with Oracle
• Experience in Pharma and/or Food industry – strong advantage
• High-level proficiency in Excel
