Financial Planning and Analysis

At Equashield, we are pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication through advanced pharmacy automation and robotic systems.

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve financial visibility across the organization.

What You’ll D

• oAnalyze company performance across revenue, customers, and key business metrics
• .Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and planning
• .Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• .Lead revenue and profitability analysis across products, customers, and markets
• .Build dashboards and data models that provide real-time insights into business performance
• .Support the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
• .Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• .Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• .Improve data infrastructure and reporting processes to enable better decision-making
• .Drive cross-functional projects focused on business growth and operational efficiency

.What We’re Looking Fo

• r:Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administratio
• n.2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Finance, or FP&
• A.Strong financial modeling and analytical skill
• s.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilitie
• s.Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) – advantag
• e.Ability to translate complex data into clear business insighte
