The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the primary architect of our eCommerce performance, responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the digital customer journey. You will bridge the gap between data-driven hypotheses and seamless user experiences to drive significant gains in conversion, retention, and revenue. Your work will directly shape how thousands of customers interact with our brand, ensuring every touchpoint is high-converting and frictionless.
Description
- Drive the end-to-end customer journey optimization across all digital channels, product categories, and user segments.
- Lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap and experimentation strategy including deep personalization and UI/UX enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze core performance KPIs such as CVR, AOV, and funnel completion to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to diagnose friction points and user drop-offs.
- Manage a high-velocity experimentation program by developing structured, data-backed hypotheses and managing engineering sprints.
- Translate raw behavioral data into actionable product insights and clear reporting frameworks for the leadership team.
- Oversee the strategic creation and continuous iteration of high-converting landing pages for global marketing campaigns and product launches.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or digital optimization within a high-growth B2C or D2C environment.
- Proven track record of running rigorous A/B tests that resulted in measurable revenue lift and improved user engagement.
- Strong technical orientation with experience managing development teams and executing feature-driven roadmaps.
- Expertise in web analytics platforms, A/B testing software, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between performance marketing traffic sources and onsite conversion mechanics.
- Experience operating within a fast-paced startup or a scaling eCommerce brand - advantage.
- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms - advantage.
