Organizational Development Lead
About the role:
Leading complex organizational development and change initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on aligning structure, processes, and culture with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex change initiatives, including communication strategies and managing resistance
Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines aligned with business objectives
Drive process optimization - analyze and improve workflows, reporting relationships, and organizational layers
Shape and promote organizational values, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Design and facilitate workshops
Partner with managers and employees, supporting strategic initiatives
Manage multiple OD initiatives simultaneously, ensuring delivery on timelines and budgets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
A Master’s degree - a strong advantage
Experience:
7+ years of proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role
Experience leading complex transformation processes in large or complex organizations
Proven experience in organizational design and process optimization
Project management background - ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
